Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth Questionable for Browns Game
USA TODAY Sports

The Pittsburgh Steelers will wait and see if tight end Pat Freiermuth is available for them in Week 11 as they match up with the Cleveland Browns. The team announced he will be questionable for this weekend's matchup after returning from Injured Reserve.

The Steelers opened Freiermuth's 21-day practice window this week as he returns from a hamstring injury that shut him down in Week 4. He was a full participant the last two days of practice, but Pittsburgh won't make a final decision until closer to the game.

The Steelers have until Saturday at 4 p.m. to activate Freiermuth. It's likely they announce his game status for Cleveland when they announce his activation back to the 53-man roster.

This season, Freiermuth has played just four games but has caught two touchdowns.

The Steelers will already be without three starters on defense with Minkah Fitzpatrick, Keanu Neal and Montravius Adams being ruled out. Having Freiermuth back will be a much-needed boost for a team that will need their offense at full strength.
